The company will harass you endlessly even after one day of being late.Even though your payment book clearly gives you a 10 day grace period.

The people are the rudest i have ever dealt with. When i told them i had made my payment and to stop calling me i was interrupted and talked over by one of their operators. Obviously they train then to be ruthless ***. The women are the worst, i had to hang up on them before i lost it.

I'm currently looking for another company and will tell everyone i know to not use them.Awful customer service and even worse phone skills.
