What you will see is the only complainers are those who pay late then cry, whine and stomp their feet because they just can't stand the consequences THEY caused! They are usually SERIAL DEADBEATS who were given a chance by this lender but end up screwing them as well. Keep paying on time and you will have no problems and good work, so far.

Robert has my case but won't comply

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I voluntarily had them pick my car up (voluntary repo) because it broke down (undriveable) & my loan is over anyway. I was ignorant at first about the settlement he called me about becausethe car has SOLD.

Then called back to request the Debt Cancelation form instead. They won't do what's right & provide that to me. They are trying to get extra money. Why would I pay anything on a car when there is no longer an agreement because THE CAR SOLD ELSEWHERE.

You all better call me & straighten this out with the debt Cancelation letter & reflecting paid on my credit along with the PAID letter he said I'd get from you guys. I've made a copy of this review and page.

Settlement agreement

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

A settlement agreement was made to your corporation on my behalf by the Hartford Insurance Company. Your corporation accepted said settlement agreement in the amount of $991.17.

That agreement was breached by your company after acceptance of payment.

Your company agreed to release title upon receipt of settlement payment by your company on 02/10/25. Your company on 02/25/25 asked for and received additional funds in the amount of $2,199, which was a breach of our agreement.

Hey Einstein, it's the CAR which is insured and NOT the loan. The insurance company pays the value of the car and NOT what you still owe on it Looks like YOU were upside down in the deal....you owed more money than the car was worth.

Now you are crying and whining about payment arrangements. YKU had payment arrangements....YOU were to MAKE LOAN PAYMENTS ON TIME, EVERYTIME.

It was YOU who defaulted.

Now you expect them to trust you with payments???? Have you ever thought about being a stand up comedian?

I have identified you. You will be fired from Credit Acceptance Corporation before this year end. Thank You for Your Support.

Guest

If you serial deadbeats wouldn't have destroyed YOUR credit by NOT paying previous creditors on time then you would be able to get a low APR loan from a bank.Of course, its always somebody elses fault, isn't it?

Guest

My loss is GREATER than $30. Let’s come together and pursue Credit Acceptance Corporation for BILLIONS. That’s enough money for all the Plaintiffs, Attorneys and Law Firms.

Greetings; If y'all are interested in auditing y'all accounts with Credit Acceptance, we got you. We're working with a consumer Advocate company that will be assisting us with filing a mega lawsuit against this company including, petition the Government to shut down this company from doing business in our Nation.

Most importantly, we're seeking the arrest of everyone involved providing the fact that it's a ponzi-scheme and they threaten consumers with extortionate credit transactions. We've found everything they do and how they implement their scams against the consumers. We're using their own trust documents, 8K, 10K documents and something else that I cannot expose here.

However, if you want to be a part of this history of shutting down these scammers once and for all. We're going for $4Billion and we don't need any Bar Members to do this with what we have.

I am interested . Also, I am apart of one lawsuit with a law firm that actually contacted me first about a class action case their firm have been working on for about a year.

Even so, I will participate in any and all lawsuits against Credit Acceptance Corporation. I think it’s a great idea to collaborate and unite to gather evidence and to build a class action base on PissedConsumer(s). It is past time to shut Credit Acceptance down.

We can continue this conversation via email. Please Email: theparalegalbriefcase@***.com

Hey Keisha...How's this lawsuit working out for you?

Leanthony Jed

My Loss is greater than $30. My loss is $52K.

However, Credit Acceptance has an agent/ representative on here committing the act of slander, and disclosure of personal information only and agent would have access to.

Therefore, I am pursuing Credit Acceptance Corporation in Circuit Court for $300,000. If I am notified by at least 10 other customers, we will pursue a class action lawsuit against Credit Acceptance Corporation.

Call me crazy but isn't there an arbitration agreement in place for anyone stupid enough to get one of these loans? You see, these people are used to dealing with deadbeats and amateur lawyers who think they can sue their way out of their debts.

This is why places like this typically have an arbitration clause.

There won't be a class action suit and hopefully, no one will fall for your scam. This place is full of nonsense like this which deadbeats fall for because they think they can get something for nothing.

Guest
reply icon Replying to comment of Guest-2500591

You're NOT crazy! These sorry, stinking serial deadbeats end up being PLACED with a subprime dead beat lender because BANKS with a lower APR won't touch them because these serial deadbeats destroyed their own credit.

This lender gives them a chance but they are so stupid they don't pay them ON TIME either! They come here to cry, whine, wail and stomp their feet because they can't stand the consequences THEY CAUSE!

They come here talking big about how they suddenly have all this money to pay an attorney when they can't even make their car payments! Pretty funny!!!!!

Hey Loser. Having fun playing wannabe lawyer?

This is a third party site people use to post complaints or issues with any of the thousands of companies out there. Readers can also respond. This forum may be seen by the company in question but usually it is not. You will want to re-examine how a Cease and Desist notice is delivered.

It is through mail, email, an attorney or in person.

You have done none of these. I would guess you are in for a miserable, expensive time so go get working on that letter and getting it delivered correctly.

It's just more whining from a SERIAL DEADBEAT. No telling how far they are behind on their payments.

There is no such thing as "hidden fees". That's an excuse used by people with so little COMMON SENSE, they don't even bother to READ what they are agreeing to before they AGREE to the terms.

. . How would you know anything about my case or any other dissatisfied customers who have utilized Credit Acceptance Corporation? If you don’t work there, why would you be concerned with my complaint?

If you don’t work there, I am guessing you work at AutoOwners Insurance. Is this Carrington? The fact of the matter is your client is a liability. She had been in four accidents over the past ten years.

Then in October, 2023 she totaled two more vehicles. And, you’re on here complaining about having to pay for two more vehicles.

If I had my way, I would continue this case in court and pull up all the other cases where your client totaled four other vehicles. And Your Mad at the Victim in the collision.

Resolved: Overall Performance

Updated by user Jul 19, 2024

My credit report has been updated and now reflects the payoff.

Original review updated Jul 19, 2024
I had issues with this company from the beginning. The real problems arose when the company was bought out and neither company informed the consumers.

They sent out confusing documents and correspondence without first letting us know there was a buy out. In addition to that, I could not find anyone at either company who could tell me what was going on or why I was receiving the documents. The phone number provided was supposed to go to the new owners but kept getting re routed to the old company. The customer service was horrible as they didn't understand what the problem was and would not help resolve it.

After trading in my vehicle, the company posted that I was overdue on my payments and never reflected the pay off from the dealership. It's nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone.

I was only able to get this resolved and my credit report updated by going through this website. Pretty sad that two established finance companies are this incompetent.

Preferred solution: I'm completely upside down in my loan and I'm hoping I can talk with someone to get me upside on my loan.

User's recommendation: Be vigilant there a good lender just sometimes frustration will build in your body and then it turns to rage.

Being upside down means you owe more than the car is worth. This happens due to factors ENTIRELY UNDER CONTROL of the buyer.

The factors are a high interest rate. You were PLACED with this sub-prime lender because YOUR credit reputation is bad. (Solution: Pay your bills on time.) You put too little down thus financing more and paying more interest. (Solution: Make a high down payment.) You financed for too long a term.

(Solution: If you need to have a long payback contract, you will pay more interest and that's an obvious sign you cannot afford the car.) You traded a car upon which you still owe money. (Solution: Pay off the trade-in first. When you owe on a trade-in, that owed amount doesn't just vanish. It is added to the new loan and you end up paying for two cars but driving one.) What can you do now?

Get a part time job on your weekends. Dedicate every paycheck to paying extra on the loan so that you don't need to pay all the interest.

If you make payments late, you generate more interest and late fees. (Solution: Pay on time.)
