Would like to report a vehicle that has been up for repossession for failure to pay monthly car payment since Jan or Feb of 2020!! I have current & accurate information on the such as address & the car that's up for repo!!

I live in the same RV park as the vehicle and the owner & the owner has been court summons for eviction out her RV by 6/30/20 please call me asap!! Thanks

Payments received after the due date are considered past due. If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from making payments on time, you should notify the Credit Acceptance customer care team as soon as possible. Please try to reach out to them by phone at (800) 634-1506 (toll-free number). You may also use your Credit Acceptance customer portal account to send messages to the company support. You can find your account number in the retail installment contract that you received at the dealership.

    • Your Name
    • Account Number
    • Reason for cancelling a scheduled payment.
