Credit Acceptance complaint

I had just bought a car and got a loan through credit accepatance in march of 2008. They set me up with auto pay. This came through on my statements as from C Acceptance.

So one day in may I knew I would not have money in my account on the due date and asked them if I could send the payment on the 29th the nice lady said that would be fine. Then I look at my account on the 27th and I am minus 300 dollars because of O.D. fees. I call them and all they could do is blame their mistake on the company that handles their debits

Then they told me to call them and I did. And true pay blamed the mistake on C Acceptance. They said I was supposed to call the company that handles their debits but I never even heard of the company that handles their debits until the 27th of may. So how the *** could I call t pay when I did not even know they existed. I asked them and they said that is who debits my account.

Ok did you read earlier in this paragraph and see that the debits come out as C Acceptance. Oh you did well then you are smarter than everyone of them really smart people at their call center cause I had to explain that over and over again for three days and they still dont get it.
